Person in charge of personal information
Guillaume Rousseil, Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the protection of personal information at TERAO USA. You can reach this person at contact@terao-group.com.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we collect your full name, company, work email address, phone number (optional), the type of request, the details you choose to share about your project (optional) and your consent.
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect any other personal information through this website.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request: sending our credentials package, calling you back or scoping a project. We do not use it for marketing purposes, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties, apart from the service providers named in this policy that host the website and store the form submissions.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands, which also stores the contact form submissions on our behalf. Framer uses Amazon Web Services data centers in the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Form submissions are sent to the contact@terao-group.com mailbox, hosted in the European Union, and are read by the TERAO USA team in the United States and by the TERAO team in France.
Your information may therefore be stored and processed outside Québec and outside Canada, including in the United States.
Audience measurement and cookies
We use Framer Analytics to count visits and pages viewed. According to Framer, this tool does not use cookies and does not create persistent identifiers. The statistics are aggregated and do not identify you.
This website does not place any cookies on your device (checked on October 13, 2026).
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for 3 years after our last exchange, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to contact@terao-group.com.
If you live in Québec, you can also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Security
Access to form submissions is limited to the people who handle your request. We keep a register of confidentiality incidents and will notify you and the authorities when the law requires it.

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
